Why party with Bash + Bounce?

Our thoughtfully curated & luxury party rentals offer chic fun for kids + grown-ups without compromising style. Our dreamy rentals make a picture perfect addition to any type of birthday party, wedding, shower, reveal, corporate event, etc. We provide our clients with a blank canvas to customize and create something truly unforgettable. We are a veteran & first responder owned small business that holds itself to the highest safety standards. Safety and cleanliness is are top priority.

Do I need to make a deposit to book?

Reservations are on a first come first serve basis and we recommend reserving your date and style at least 2 months prior to your event. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure an event date and is applied to the total amount.

What is included with my rental?

The rental includes up 4 + hours of rental time & all the equipment needed for your rental items + some fun extras that add to the overall experience.

Note: Delivery/set up/pick up does not cut into your rental time.

Do you charge a delivery fee?

We have a flat rate delivery fee of $50 for the Reno/Sparks area. We can absolutely deliver to surrounding cities such as Carson City, Minden/Gardnerville, Fallon, Fernley and the Lake Tahoe Area. The delivery fee will be quoted accordingly based on event location.

​We do not allow client pick ups - delivery fees are applied to each reservation. 

When do you set up and pick up?

We typically deliver/set up 1-2+ hours prior to your event start time. This time amount should also allow plenty of time for additional styling if needed. If you need a special delivery/pick up time, please let us know and we will try our very best to accommodate. Late night pick ups are subject to additional fees or will be picked up the next day.

What are the set up/surface requirements for bounce houses and ball pits?

A flat level surface is required. Approved surfaces include grass, turf, concrete and pavers. Uneven ground, dirt, gravel/rocks and any other sharp materials are not permitted. Setup surface and surroundings must be free of powerlines, sharp objects, furniture, toys, pet feces, debris, sprinklers, etc.

Is styling included?

All of our rentals can be styled with balloon garland, flowers, greenery, and customized vinyl decals. Styling is not included in the rental, but we partner with the most talented vendors in town. We are more than happy to provide you with event styling services and/or a list of our fav vendors we love to work with. When it comes to hiring us as your event stylist we can work with your vision and budget to achieve your ultimate party goals. We can be hired for as much or as little as you want us to help you with.

Will my bounce house and/or ball pit be so fresh and so clean, clean?

We are the true definition of perfectionists, so you can expect a sparkly clean house/ball pit and your inflatable to run efficiently. Our rentals are only booked once per day, so you do not have to worry about your rental being delivered dirty or late. We vacuum, wash, sanitize and dry our houses/ball pits immediately after each use to keep our rentals in the best condition possible.

What is your cancelation policy?

If you need to cancel your event for any reason, we require a 48-hour cancelation notice. The $100 deposit can be transferred to a future date up until 1 year. If a proper notice is not received, the deposit is forfeited and can not be used to a future date.

Oh no! The weather isn’t looking perfect.

We understand Nevada weather can be unpredictable. If for any reason your event needs to be canceled due to weather, the deposit will be held and we will gladly apply it to any future date when given a 48-hour cancelation notice. There will be no credit, refund, or discount if we deliver and set up and a change in weather impacts your event . We encourage you to use good judgement and prioritize safety. If it starts raining, we kindly ask you to unplug the power source and bring the equipment inside or under a covered area immediately. You will be held responsible if equipment is damaged due to rain.

Inflatables must be shut off and deflated if winds exceed 14 mph.

NO EXCEPTIONS.

If the wind dies down you can check the stakes and re-inflate. Safety is our top priority & we follow the strictest safety guidelines. We use heavy-duty stakes and/or commercial-grade sand bags for extra reinforcement. We will absolutely not sacrifice your safety for business.

Can we rent a bounce house for a park, public place or venue?

Typically, this is no problem at all. Please check with your local city/county or venue to see if you will need any reservations and/or permits. Typically, most parks are first-come, first-serve - Bash + Bounce is not responsible for obtaining reservations and/or additional permits for your event. Keep in mind some parks, public places and venues may not have power outlets and a generator may required. If a generator is needed, it is your responsibility to provide one. Waterslide not permitted at parks unless water supply is available to hook up.
